Reach armor, how much it is what rank you need to be as well as ranks of reach.

Mark 4 prototype total cost & rank. For total armor of chest & helmet : captain. Total cost: 36000 cR. If you want the chest piece that Jorge wears its available at captain for 40,000 to my knowledge.
Commando total cost and rank : Cost for base 165,000 (ouch that will set you back a bit) all purchased at the rank of comander
